Dan Lowe has been a supervisor with the Big Horn Conservation District for 25 years. He retired in 2008 as a Soil Conservationist for the Bureau of Indian Affairs. Dan joined the BHCD board in 1993 to share the reservation’s needs. In addition he is BHCD representative to the Beartooth RC&D board were in the past he served as Chairman for 5 years.
Dan has diverse experience as a farmer, rancher, weed coordinator, irrigation specialist, soil conservationist, and board member.
Dan has dual Bachelor of Sciences in Agriculture Economics and Animal Science for Brigham University.
