Kylie Martin is the District Manager of the Big Horn Conservation District.  Kylie manages the District’s finances, various programs such as the annual Tree Sales, both Watercraft Inspection Station’s and 310 Permits, along with the day-to-day various activities.

Kylie started in this community as a Secretary at Hardin High School, then transitioned to Animal Care Center and now hopes to expand Big Horn Counties knowledge and passion for conserving and preserving our great county!
